Terms of Service · Offshore Analytics

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Offshore Analytics platform (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls.
Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
Do not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement.

Satellite data and estimates

Methane detection, attribution and quantification outputs are derived from third-party satellite observations and modelled wind fields. They are provided as decision-support estimates and carry uncertainty. They are not a substitute for on-site measurement, engineering judgement, or regulatory reporting obligations owned by the operator.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may cause disruption.

Fees

Paid tiers are billed in advance on the subscription cycle disclosed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your right to access the Service ends and stored data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We disclaim indirect, incidental, special, consequential and punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
